Who we are

Two highly qualified tax professionals will provide your services. Both Marianne and Michael Denney have been preparing tax returns overseas for over twenty years.

Marianne graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a BS in accounting. She has worked for accounting firms setting up accounting systems for small businesses and performing audits of government entities and non profit organizations.

Michael has a MBA from Texas A&M. He has worked as a contracting officer and contract administrator for various U.S. government agencies. He taught university accounting courses for five years.
